Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

RETURN & REFUND:

• Returns are accepted within 7 working days of receiving the order for products that have a size fit issue, defect, or if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
• Customers must notify us within these 7 days to be eligible for a return and refund. An unboxing video is required to process any return claims.
• If a product has a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
• If the product is eligible for return without any manufacturing defects, as mentioned in the product description, a refund will be issued after deducting the shipping cost.
